How to solve inflexible rotation problem of conveyor roller?

To ensure accuracy during conveyor roller manufacturing process 
Such as the inner hole precision of punch bearing housing should reach grade 3, dimensional tolerance,coaxial degree and ovality of the pipe body two ends must conform to the national standard,can not exceed the tolerance.
Sealing and lubrication
in addition to ensure the quality of manufacture, also require better lubrication materials, such as lithium base grease which can improve the bearing lubrication performance, this is very necessary to prolong the service life of roller.
Bearing seat adopts labyrinth seal structure of centripetal ball bearing supporting and plastic sealing ring, which can guarantee reasonable bearing stress of roller during operation,but also ensure good dust prevention effect, small resistance, and convenient installation and easy maintenance, it can effectively reduce the conveyor operation cost at the same time.

Operation and Maintenance of YA Circular Vibrating Screen

1.Before starting up circular vibrating screen, please check whether the fastening bolts are loose or not, if there is looseness,please tighten at once.
2.Non-load running for 4 to 6 hours to achieve the requirements of smooth screen body , no yaw and abnormal sound , the vibrator bearing temperature is less than or equal to 75℃.
3.After non-load running, please tighten the screw bolt again.
4.Once the operation becomes normal, check the fixture condition of the fastening bolts regularly.
5.Check the wearing parts frequently, the damping spring which is damaged spring or without elasticity,please replace timely. If the screen occurs fracture or wear, please tighten or replace the spring at once. The adjustment,use and maintenance of vibration source, please refer to vibration source instructions. (please oil the vibration motor after using for 3 months, oil the exciter every month, repair every half year, overhaul every year).
6.Stop feeding the material before stopping running the machine, stop the machine after the material on screen surface are completely discharged. 

Vibratory Feeder and Portable Belt Conveyor Have Been Delivered

On August 19th, 2015, trommel screen, belt conveyors, vibratory feeder, hopper and gate valve ordered by Kazakhstan client and DY5012 portable belt conveyor ordered by Philippines client have been delivered from our company.

 

On August 26th, 2015, machines oredred by Kazakhstan client will be delivered to Astana, Kazakhstan from port of Xi’an by railway. And as a production line, trommel screen, belt conveyors, vibratory feeder and hopper are mainly used to screen and convey sand.

 

On August 23th, 2015, DY5012 portable belt conveyor ordered by Philippines client will be delivered to Cebu from Qindao port. Our customer has ordered two portable belt conveyors, two spare belts and some spare rollers. And this belt conveyor is used to convey packed bag that weighs 50kg. Due to move easily, it can improve conveying efficiency better. At the same time, our client speaks highly of our service.

Troubleshooting for Gyratory Screen

As one of our main product, gyratory screen has been supplied to many plants all over the world and also enjoys a good reputation because of its superior design and quality. Gyratory screen is widely applicable to chemical, food processing, refractory materials, building materials, activated carbon, food, PVC powder and other fine materials.
However, during the operation, we may meet some problems, here PK Machinery will introduce the breakdown reason and method in detail.

Test Running Note of Scraper Conveyors (I)

PK Machinery offers horizontal scraper conveyors and inclined scraper conveyors, the angle can range from 0 degree to 90 degrees. Scraper conveyors are widely used for transporting cement , coal, metallurgy, mining, construction material, chemical, grain etc. There are two stages of test running : no-load and load test running. Here PK Machinery will introduce it in details:

Non-load test running

1.Check if there is any remaining tool, iron casting pieces and other hard objects inside the scraper conveyor, if any , please clear up. 

2.Give enough lubrication to all the bearings, driving devices and drive chain etc. 

3.Check if all the scraper conveyor parts are intact, whether the tense of scrapers is suitable or not. 

4.After finish checking the above items, then power on and switch off several times to see if the operation is normal, if normal, run the scraper conveyor continuously.

5. In addition, the head, tail , medium parts and other main structures, workers must be sent to observe the running , if any problems, please solve it without delay.
