Trial Run of Linear Vibrating Screen

When finished the installation of linear vibrating screen, check the fastening situation of bolts, and the relative positions of inlet, outlet and upper ,lower processing equipment to ensure no crash.

(1)Confirm the electric wiring is well connected.

(2)Trial run should go ahead about 8 hours, and check all parameters of screen in operation according to the technical requirements. Such as whether the amplitude is reach specified value, amplitudes on corresponding points of screen box are conform, and the deviation should not exceed 1-2mm, and the voice should be lower than 85dB. When trial run in 4 hours, temperature of bearing is rising, and keep balance. In general, temperature of bearing shouldn’t be higher than 40℃, if there is a highly rising of the temperature, stop the machine and find reason. After trial run 4 hours, stop the machine and check all tightening bolts. If the trial run is normal, and can confirm the installation of linear vibrating screen is qualified.

(3)Increasing the feeding volume gradually when the machine is came into use, and checking the screening effect. If it is good, increasing feeding volume continuously until reach the rated output. When the machine is produced well, the exciting force is not the biggest, if the amplitude reduces in trial run and the screening effect is not good, take the shields apart, which are in the two sides of motor, increase the contact ratio of two eccentric blocks to increase the power. Ensure the contact ratios of two eccentric blocks are totally conform.

The selection methods of quantitative control of impeller feeder

 When impeller feeder has model selection, it should start from the following aspects:
1.Determine the output of impeller feeder; and then according to output, choose appropriate caliber of impeller feeder.
 
2.When determining the basic model of impeller feeder, we need to pay attention to whether the working environment of impeller feeder is "positive voltage" or "negative voltage". When there is wind presure, impeller feeder must select lock wind type (Usually there is a mechanical lock the wind which has machine finishing to impeller and valve body of impeller feeder. After finishing machining, gap becomes smaller. When it works, the material can fill the gap to achieve the purpose of air lock. What’s more, there is flexible air lock. According to different materials, we can choose wear-resisting canvas belt and stainless steel sheets fixed on the wheel rimand beyond the rim 5-10mm. In the process of rotation, it can depend on the deformation of stainless steel sheet or canvas belt to block gap between rim andvalve body to achieve the purpose of air lock).
 
3. Select the appropriate caliber of impeller feeder: In general, the caliber of impeller feeder is round or square in the both ends. But if non-standard customized, its one side can be round while the other is square. 
 
4.After determining the basic forms, we can make sure that whether it needs frequency control according to the specific feeding range. If needs, the drive motor  of impeller feeder can be chosen as  for variable frequency speed control, frequency control of motor speed can be chosen as variable-frequency and variable-speed motor.
 
5.The normal speed of impeller feeder is generally 24-43 rpm.When the feeding amount is very small, it can choose the double stage motor to reduce the speed and adjust the feeding.

Debugging of Screw Conveyor

All the hanging bearings of screw conveyor should be hanging on the connecting shaft reliably without stuck and bending of screw. When installation, adjusting the gaskets number of hanging bearing to make no gap in subdivision surface while a proper radial gap between bearings and connecting shaft.
 
Hanging bearing should be installed in the center of connecting shaft, the distance between end face and two screw pipes should be over 10mm when D≦400mm and over 20mm when D≧500mm.

To adjust the accumulative error between chassis and screw, there should be padding asbestos lining between the flange of the chassis when installation. Padding waterproof canvas between chassis and cover according to the requirements for sealing.
 
When the difference of center heights of driving gear reducer shaft at low speed and screw conveyor is too much, using the gaskets to adjust the height of driving unit.
 
When no-loading running, if there is oil leakage phenomenon, removing the bearing and adjusting the tightness of spring in sealing ring until no leakage.
 
When no-loading running, overheating of hanging bearing indicates the installation position of hanging bearing is improper which leads the locking of connecting shaft, there should be loosing the fasten bolt and adjusting the position of hanging bearing.

The analysis of moving trajectory of trommel screen screening material

In the process of movement of material, the screen surface has a frictional influence on it. Therefore, the material will go up along the mesh of trommel screen in a radial direction. After reaching a certain height, the material will go down automatically because its friction is less than its gravity. Moreover, the inlet of trommel screen is high while the outlet is low generally. Thus, materialin the drum goes forward in a “S” type way.
