The selection methods of quantitative control of impeller feeder

 When impeller feeder has model selection, it should start from the following aspects:
1.Determine the output of impeller feeder; and then according to output, choose appropriate caliber of impeller feeder.
 
2.When determining the basic model of impeller feeder, we need to pay attention to whether the working environment of impeller feeder is "positive voltage" or "negative voltage". When there is wind presure, impeller feeder must select lock wind type (Usually there is a mechanical lock the wind which has machine finishing to impeller and valve body of impeller feeder. After finishing machining, gap becomes smaller. When it works, the material can fill the gap to achieve the purpose of air lock. What’s more, there is flexible air lock. According to different materials, we can choose wear-resisting canvas belt and stainless steel sheets fixed on the wheel rimand beyond the rim 5-10mm. In the process of rotation, it can depend on the deformation of stainless steel sheet or canvas belt to block gap between rim andvalve body to achieve the purpose of air lock).
 
3. Select the appropriate caliber of impeller feeder: In general, the caliber of impeller feeder is round or square in the both ends. But if non-standard customized, its one side can be round while the other is square. 
 
4.After determining the basic forms, we can make sure that whether it needs frequency control according to the specific feeding range. If needs, the drive motor  of impeller feeder can be chosen as  for variable frequency speed control, frequency control of motor speed can be chosen as variable-frequency and variable-speed motor.
 
5.The normal speed of impeller feeder is generally 24-43 rpm.When the feeding amount is very small, it can choose the double stage motor to reduce the speed and adjust the feeding.
