Structures and Features for Three types of Rotary Vibrating Screen Net Rack

Rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high-precision screening machine it is widely used for sugar, salt, wheat flour, rice flour, pigment, medicine powder, ceramic, silica sand, metallurgy zinc powder, aluminum powder, iron powder, calcium powder etc.

The net rack is the important component of rotary vibrating screen, here we will introduce the structures and features of three common net racks for rotary vibrating screen.

1.U-shaped net rack 
It belongs to the very commonly used model of rotary vibrating screen, first use the pressurized tooling to fix the thick wire diameter of screen mesh in the U-shaped groove, this layer is called meshed net, then the working net is tiled above the meshed net and clamped it. The advantage of this type of net rack is the replacement of working net in a faster rate, the framework of meshed net supports the working net to ensure the flatness of screen surface and prevent the impulsive force of material causing damage of working net, at the same time also will avoid the damage of working net due to the strike of bouncing ball that on the screen plate. The only disadvantage of this type of net rack is the overlapping part of meshed net and working net, which will influence the screen area.

Rotary vibrating screen has two flanges: convex and concave. The concave flange is welded inside the screen frame, while the convex flange is a movable component, the screen mesh is placed between two flanges and locked up with the screw, the screen surface will tension naturally. Generally, this net rack structure is designed for the screen mesh with 12 mesh-30 mesh.

3.Dual A net rack
It also known as the single net with dual clamp net rack or light weight net rack structure. Rotary vibrating screenwith this net rack is using two ring shaped circular hoop fix tension screen mesh. The main advantage of this type net rack is higher screening rate.

How to reduce noise during application of rotary vibrating screen effectively(1)

 Rotary vibrating screen is a powder screening equipment with high accuracy. There are various noise might occur during the operation. The louder the noise will cause the greater damage to rotary vibrating screen, thus it is very important to find out the reasons of noise, analyze the reasons and find out the solutions to solve the problem effectively. The following are the reasons and effective solutions for noise occurs in rotary vibrating screen:

1.In order to fix rotary vibrating screenequipment during the process of transportation, the bolts will be added with the means of transport. However, the bolts that connected to rotary vibrating screen equipment might be left and causing noise during operation.

2.The clamp bolts are not tighten.
Solution: check and tighten up the clamp bolts.

3.The clamp bolts are not completely jointed.
Solution: open and re-joint the clamp bolts, ensure the clamp bolts are jointed completely.

4.Due to the operation of rotary vibrating screen, the plate that is used for supporting the bouncing ball might be deviated from its place or it might be damaged.
Solution: re-locate the plate to its original place if it is deviated, or replace a new place if it is damaged.

1. After complete installation of rotary vibrating screen, test run by putting in small amount of material, after confirmation of no creating any problem in installation and able to complete the screening, then it is ready used for formal production.

2. Screen mesh is one of the important components in the screening equipment. It plays the key role in screening efficiency and accuracy. Hence, inspect regularly for the tensioning or wearing on screen mesh, timely replace the screen mesh.
3. Rotary vibrating screen is relied on the vibrating motor as power source, thus vibrating motor is also very important, user should regularly add grease to the motor to avoid abrasion due to lacking of grease, and even burned.
4. Vibrating screen equipment will vibrate continuously during operation, so you should always check the loosening for some of the connection components in the equipment, such as clamp bolts, anchor bolts etc. Please check and tighten the components and parts of rotary vibrating screen regularly.
5. Rotary vibrating screen equipment will vibrate continuously during operation, thus do not place hard objects next to the equipment to avoid scratching or even lacerate the screen surface.

Notes of Ultrasonic Vibrating Screen before Using

Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a new sieving equipment compared with rotary vibrating screen, now PK Machinery will introduce the notes before using in details.

1.The input voltage of ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is AC 220 V, ultrasonic power output is led by case back panel connection box, the red one is "+".When wiring, please pay attention to the voltage polarity, wrong wiring is not allowed.

2.In the condition of meeting the production requirements, lower power grade is better. Maximum current shouldn’t exceed 0.4.

3.When net rack is without load (the net rack is no tension), please do not start up the ultrasonic generator, otherwise it will cause overflow of power and damage of net rack and the oscillator.

4.Screen mesh must be tight, otherwise it will affect the ultrasonic output and the effect of vibration.

5.Oscillator aviation plug docking screws must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape well, thus it will prevent dust .During operation, please pay attention to protect the connector.

6.Check whether the screw nut of oscillator and cable plug nut is tightened well or not before using, as well as the screw nut of oscillator and the net rack. In process of operation, pay attention to the protection of case and oscillator cables, cables and oscillator socket should be anti-moisture ,no water is allowed to enter in the connection plug and socket.

7.If the material is conductive, please extend the ultrasonic wire, stay the ultrasonic resonance power away from the screening site in order to prevent the material into the power case causing short-circuit.

8. When replace the screen mesh, scraping the residual gum of inner ring (resonance loop) with a sharp wallpaper knife, please do not grind by grinder wheel in order to prevent damage of resonance loop.

9.Each unit of ultrasonic generator includes a resonant power supply, an oscillator and a net rack. Please recognize each part clearly and don't mix with other ultrasonic generator.

How to Solve Rotary Vibrating Screen Clamp Gets Hot and Current Rises Problems?

Customer
 :The stainless clamps is very hot. Especially in the screen mesh 325. We were forced to stop the operation. What can you suggest we will do?

PK Machinery: You said the stainless clamps is very hot, normally it is caused by bolt looseness of clamp, please tighten the bolt of the clamp.
 

Customer: When it is loaded with the material for screening, the current will rise from 7.5amperes to 15 amperes. It even rises to 30 amperes and the circuit breaker of 15 amp broke. How much current reading is the normal operation?

PK Machinery: Please check whether the power wires and grounding wires are well connected or not .
Concerning the current rising, normally, current rises when the machine starts to run for seconds, it will become normal later soon.


Customer: We tried to work on the machine. Tighten the clamps, and check on the wires. Its is doing well. Thanks very much!

How to Replace Screen Mesh Cloth of Rotary Vibrating Screen?

There will be screen mesh damage or irregularity phenomenon if rotary vibrating sieve has been used for a long period of time, thus we need to replace screen mesh cloth, the method is shown as follows:

1. First loosen the screw of rotary vibrating screen clamp by wrench, take down the upper frame, then you can take down the damaged screen mesh cloth and put on a new mesh cloth.

2. Put the new mesh cloth smoothly on the coarse mesh cloth, then press the fine mesh cloth on the net rack by tension strip ,tighten the tension strip by using a cross screwdriver, when you are in the process of gradually tightening ,you can tension the fine mesh cloth evenly lightly by hand all round, thus the well tighten fine mesh cloth will be very flat and tight which will increase material screening percentage and achieve the ideal screening effect.

3.After the fine screen mesh cloth is well packed, leave 2 centimeters of extra mesh cloth around, then cut off the rest of them.

4. Reput the clamp between the two screen frame, tap the clamp by soft rubber hammer while tight it ,thus the bolt will be more tight. Till now the whole screen mesh cloth replacement is finished.
Note: when feeding the rotary vibrating screen, please do remember material feeding must be well-proportioned and don not feed too much material one time, otherwise it will not only affect the screening effect but also will shorten the service life of the rotary vibrating screen.
